Enema no Tenchi 2 differs from Enema no Tenchi 1 in that it contains no parody material. Rather it is a more dedicated Tenchi Muyo! hentai collection. Split between single-page images and stories, it focuses on a heavy S&M theme, including two rape stories, one of Aeka, the other of Mihoshi. There is also a dickgirl image and story, and a re-print of the "twin-Aeka" story from the first book. At the end are a series of singe-page images of women from another series.
