Futanari is a Japanese term for hermaphrodites, commonly known as 'Dickgirls' in the west.  A futa is usually a girl with a penis in place of her clitoris.  This penis is fully functional in terms of sex, and may also be used for urination.  This form of futa may have had it all her life, or it may have been just added via chemistry or magic.  This type of futa will prefer to use her penis for stimulation rather than her vagina (it may have the sensitivity of a clitoris) and, despite not having any visible testicles, is capable of producing large amounts of [[Bukkake|cum]].

The second common form of futa are true hermaphrodites or transsexuals (although transsexuals are almost non-existent in [[Lolicon|lolicon]]).  These futa are almost identical to the above, except that they have a scrotum.
