-Rule 34 is the most famous rule of a list called "teh rulz of teh interwebs" witch translates into: "the rules of the Internet" in normal English. This rule originated from a site called 4chan and originally existed of approximately 50 rules but later 50 more were added making a total of 100 rules and most were only appropriate for 4chan itself.

This rule originated from one of the many -chan sites (witch one is still argued over). But since the original is long gone and their are so many versions of it, nobody really knows how much rules where in the list and what they where. But in most(/all) versions most rules were only appropriate for the -chan sites themselfs.
