There is some rather extreme and painful-looking lesbian rape at the beginning of the book, but nothing of this intensity later on.  This story apparently touches upon [[Sasami Masaki Jurai|Sasami's]] recent revelation that she is menstruating.  There is a second lesbian rape story later in the book, but this one is has a more humourous slant to it; '''Kiyone''' and '''Mihoshi''' have apparently been assigned to work on the set of an alien porn movie, and end up getting forced/persuaded to join in.  Also, unlike many [[Doujinshi|doujins]], there are two text stories with illustrations.  At the end of the book is a single page image of '''Sailor Mars'''.
