Purichi Sami 1 is a sequel to the book Purichi Sami 1 - or, given some of the dialogue, a possible prequel - with the same 'Schoolgirl prostitution' theme. Split into two stories, the first may be dealing with the girls first client. After having sex, Sasami pushes Misao to do it as well. However, she pushes too hard and the mental strain causes Pixie Misa to appear. She tortues Sasami with both a painful dildo and a Love-Love Monster called Rape-Man. But inside Misao's feelings for Sasami break through. The two of them eventually return to normal, and leave with a lot of money. They decide to buy an enormous cake.
